Hi, I’m Bri Mathews, a pelvic health physical therapist passionate about helping women feel confident, strong, and supported through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Dance from the University of Delaware in 2013, followed by my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Over the past decade, I have worked across multiple settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and telehealth. The common thread throughout my career has been a passion for helping women move confidently and feel supported through every stage of life.
My clinical background includes treating female athletes, dancers, and individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction. For the past five years, I have specialized in pelvic health, an area of practice in which I have found deep professional purpose and fulfillment. I have extensive post-doctoral training in pelvic health and obstetrics, including earning my CAPP-OB certification through the APTA. Additional coursework includes Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Levels 1, 2A, and 2B, Institute of Clinical Excellence coursework in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, and pelvic floor dry needling training through PPHC.
In 2026, I founded Statera Pelvic Health with the belief that women deserve proactive, personalized support throughout pregnancy and postpartum—not just when problems arise. My approach looks at the whole person — from movement patterns and strength to lifestyle, stress, and daily demands. I enjoy creating a collaborative treatment experience where patients feel heard and supported. Statera, the Latin word for "balance," reflects my mission to help women build strength, restore confidence, and find balance so they can return to the activities and roles that matter most to them.
I'm honored to walk alongside women during one of life's biggest transitions and would love to be part of your journey.
Outside of my work, I'm a mom to three (almost four!) beautiful daughters and a proud military wife. Our family loves homeschooling and embracing the adventures that come with military life. In my free time, you'll usually find me baking sourdough, tending to the garden, dancing in the kitchen with my girls, or enjoying the Colorado outdoors through hiking, camping, and skiing.
